Shipping & Returns

We currently use UPS for shipping made to order Wallpaper and Textiles orders within the United States. USPS for memos,  and Fedex for original artwork and prints. All orders ship within 7 business days (with the exception of Wallpaper and fabric by the yard). Those items are made or printed to order and ship within 4-5 weeks from your purchase date. Below is a breakdown of how each product is sent:

Original Artwork & Prints:  Shipped via FedEx with tracking and insurance.  All prints and original works on paper and canvas are carefully packaged and shipped in a rigid flat-mailer, art box or tube depending on size. All original work on paper will be carefully packaged in acid-free sleeve and gently rolled in a rigid mailing tube for safe travel. Professional framing is recommended.

Wallpaper and fabric by the yard: UPS Ground with tracking

Wallpaper and textile memos: shipped via USPS, in a rigid flat-mailer. Please allow 5-7 business days for processing and delivery.

All international orders are shipped via USPS International First Class and normally arrive within 2-4 weeks with the exception of made to order wallpaper and textiles.

If your package requires a signature, we are not responsible for any charges incurred for refused packages, and/or packages requiring signatures that were not picked up from access points in a timely manner. In the case a package is refused and/or returned to us, the fees to re-ship the original package will be invoiced to the customer.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Returns

Please note that all sales are final. We highly recommend ordering and approving of a sample memo to see the color and scale. Please email noramcmillenburke@gmail.com to discuss any concerns you may have.
